Last fall I was given a key with the word HOPE etched into it. It came with the card pictured below:
I’ve worn this key every time that I’ve worked on Lalabu. For me it has provided a symbol of hope to persevere through the ups and downs of launching Lalabu. It reminds me of the people who are supporting me and of the reason we work. Each time I put it on my mind pictures the moment when I can take it off, not to hang it back in my closet for the next day, but to give HOPE away to a woman who needs it through Lalabu. I will be giving it on behalf of all of you – those who have helped us along the way and those who continue to be a part of the Lalabu journey.
